Challenges it will require human top performances to solve. But how do you lead people to perform at their best? In "Uncold”, we provide doubleyou's answer. It is based on insight of experts, years of experience, and countless cases in sports, business, art, and politics.
The arenas are different. The recipe is the same. We advocate for a new fundamental perspective on performance leadership. Performance leadership has been cold and cynical for too long: Some leaders have exploited human potential. Solely focusing on making money and improving their own position.
Other leaders - especially in the world of sports - have been extremely harsh and brutal because they believed it was the path to development and results. We believe that the future of performance leadership is entirely different: warm and wise. Therefore, in the book, we challenge the outdated notion that well-being and results are opposites. We show that human top performance requires psychologically safe environments where people dare to unleash their full potential.
Environments where everyone is motivated and aware of the greater purpose that they contribute to. Environments where people can and will deliver unique top performances. Again and again.
