Rolling Stones påbegyndte Licks World Tour i 2002 og 2003 for at fejre deres 40-års jubilæum, med bandets optrædener i arenaer og stadioner, foruden lejlighedsvis i teatre.

I november 2002 ankom The Stones til Los Angeles for at optræde på et tætpakket Wiltern Theatre. Nu udgives den fantastiske koncert endelig på fysiske formater - en fantastisk oplevelse til de inkarnerede Rolling Stones fans, der værdsætter bandets Deep Cuts.
