Smokie er et britisk rockband fra Bradford, England, dannet i 1964. Bandet blev et hit og fik kæmpe succes og anerkendelse, ikke blot derhjemme, men også over hele verden.

Dette album indeholder Smokies 'Greatest Hits' og blev udgivet i april 1977. På LP'erne får du oplevelsen af at høre nogle af bandets største singler fra deres otte første albummer, der bl.a. indgår sangene "Needles and Pins" og "I'll Meet You At Midnight".

Albummet blev et hit i Europa og nåede hurtigt op på de britiske hitlister over 'bedste album'. Albummet blev dog aldrig udgivet som CD, og kan derfor kun købes som LP.
